I have heard the full stainless frame makes for a very pleasant shooting experience. I only use it introducing new shooters (especially women) as it has a smaller grip and is plenty heavy for 9mm recoil. Even after a 500 round break in and the regular one going back to the gun shop so the gunsmith could try to fix it and changing the recoil springs. Recoil, I think, is the main reason to get a K9. It’s heavy for its size and capacity, but mine has always been flawless. It wasn’t stainless, but I did have it dull-chrome finished in the same type of Glock tenifer-finish Glock’s used to have.
